Terms of Service

At SoulSpaceHeals, our customers always come first. That’s why we've created a clear policy to help you understand how shopping with us works and what to expect from your experience.

  • All items are sold as-is unless a custom piece is requested.

  • Custom pieces are shared with the customer for approval before shipment. Once approved, the item(s) will be shipped to the address provided.

 

  • All sales are final. Once an item has been shipped, refund request will not be approved.

 

  • Tracking information will be sent immediately after shipment.

 

  • After shipment, customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size and shipping address. SoulSpaceHeals is not responsible for any issues related to size or delivery once your purchase has been shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • A flat rate of $7.00 applies to each order, which includes a $5.00 Shipping fee and a $2.00 handling fee. 

 

  • Premade items are shipped out within 3-5 business days.

 

  • Custom items are shipped after customer approval.

 

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

  • Invoices (receipts) are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

  • All sales are final. Once an order has shipped, returns will not be accepted.

Important Purchase Information

 

  • Please read the full description of the item you would like to purchase.

 

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on standard items. Pictures and descriptions are provided to help you make an informed decision. 

 

Custom Items

  • ​For custom pieces, we will send photos of your item before shipment for your approval.

 

  • If you are not satisfied with the item based on the photos, you may request a refund minus a $5.00 processing fee. Please note that we will keep the item you did not approve. 

 

  • Once a custom item(s) has been approved and shipped, it cannot be returned and no refunds will be issued.
